1. Use automatic bottle unscramble to replace manual bottle loading, saving manpower.
2. Purify the gas to wash the bottle to ensure the cleanliness of the bottle, and is equipped with a static elimination ion wind bar
3. The plunger metering pump is used to perform filling, and various viscous liquids are used, with high filling accuracy; the structure of the pump adopts a quick-connect disassembly structure for easy cleaning and disinfection.

5. The whole line PLC control system, frequency conversion speed regulation, high degree of automation.
6. It is convenient to adjust the filling volume. The filling volume of all metering pumps can be adjusted at one time, and each metering pump can also be adjusted slightly; the operation is simple and the adjustment is fast.
7. The filling needle is designed with an anti-drip device, which sneaks into the bottom of the bottle during filling and rises slowly to prevent foaming.
8. The whole line can be applied to bottles of different specifications, the adjustment is simple and can be completed in a short time.
9. The whole line is designed according to GMP requirements.
